Items we sell are billed in EURO. Follow the links below to the price list. Please read the following explanations carefully. They are an essential part of the price list. All prices here are for a single license of the programs. Find out more about General & Payment, Shipment & VAT, Update Conditions, Migration Conditions and Platform Requirements right after this. General & Payment InformationOur price lists show two categories, one for Commercial users and one for University users, who enjoy the benefit of a 40 % reduction against the commercial prices. All prices are subject to change without notice. Student Versions have certain restrictions on availability and functioning. They are sold under the condition that a) the user is an immatriculated student of a university, and b) the software is not used within the frame of a commercial or research project. Their functioning is time-limited for one year, whereafter a new license must be obtained in order to continue work. Ordering. An order form for STRUREL Software, including all price information, can be downloaded in the "Download Section" of "Info-Base". First contact customers are requested to send either the STRUREL order-form or their own business order by fax or normal mail, for acquainted customers it suffices to post an order by e-mail. If it is not stated other in your purchase order, we bill in EURO. Payment has to be performed within 14 days through remittance or cheque.
Shipment & VAT Application Shipment. The prices in our lists do not include shipment costs except by normal mail within Germany. For regular shipment & handling fees see the corresponding table in the price pages. The figures there are valid for shipments comprising one parcel. Costs for greater shipments have to be arranged individually. Delivery is on CD-ROM by default. Customers can opt for delivery on other media and are requested to state this on their order. Costs for these media are added to the bill. Value Added Tax. Our prices do not include the relevant VAT. Customers in the EU, but outside of Germany, must supply their VAT registration number in order to be exempt from VAT. Please have your number ready when ordering, as this can save you plenty of money and a lot of work time on both sides.
Platform Requirements and Application ProgrammingCompaq Visual Fortran 6.x (CF-6) or Intel Visual Fortran 9.x/10.x (IF-9/10) is required for COMREL-Pro, SYSREL-Pro and COSTREL-Pro. CF-6 is still supported but not more available. IF-9/10 can be obtained or upgraded via Intel Software Products . There you proceed to: Compilers , Intel Compilers for Windows , Intel Visual Fortran Compiler (Standard Edition) and finally to where to buy. The Fortran based numerical kernels of COMREL and SYSREL can be made available for linking into special applications. Ask us for additional information about Developer Toolkits. Multi-User License ConditionsMulti-user licenses on any program can be given as a network license (central installation on a server) or as a set of individual licenses (decentral installation on individual PC's). The following price reductions apply if (and only if) a number of licenses of the same program type are ordered within one order. Subsequent orders cannot be accepted for multi-user license reduction. For any unclear cases, please contact RCP for individual offer.
Additional manuals per issue: EUR 50,- Examples The price for 2 work places for COMREL-TI/TV (Symbolic Processor) V. 8.1 is 2 x 0.80 x EUR 3.000,- = EUR 4.800,- The price for 5 work places for COMREL-TI (Symbolic Processor) V. 8.1 is 5 x 0.54 x EUR 1.650,- = EUR 4.455,- A network license for a network with unlimited users for SYSREL would be at: 4 x EUR 2.500,- = EUR 10.000,- (all prices in the "Commercial" category). Update ConditionsMost update cases are dealt with in our Update Price Lists which are a part of the "STRUREL Prices" pages. Please check the links on top of this page. For any other update cases, please contact us for individual arrangement. There is a special "Update Order Form" available in the Download section. Migration ConditionsOccasionally, users ask to migrate from certain program lines or program sub-types to others. We allow for migration in the following cases: 1) from COMREL-TI to COMREL-TI/TV, and 2) from a Professional type to the Symbolic of the same program and version number or vice versa. The following rules apply: a) Migration is only possible at the concurrent program editions. b) The costs for migrations are in general the price difference between the two program sets as new licenses plus a migration fee plus shipment costs. Migration fees are set up in the "Update Order Form" available in the Download section. Example 1: Existing license on COMREL-TI 8.1 Symbolic, wishing to migrate to COMREL-TI+TV 8.1. Migration price: EUR 3.000,- (TI+TV) minus EUR 1.650,- (TI) results to EUR 1.350,- total plus shipment (all prices in the "Commercial" category). Example 2: Existing license on SYSREL 9.6 Professional, wishing to migrate to SYSREL 9.6 Symbolic. Migration price = migration fee: EUR 300,- plus shipment (all prices in the "Commercial" category). If migration coincides with program upgrading the final price can be calculated as follows: i) upgrade price of your existing program, plus ii) migration price to other program or program sub-type minus 10% off on this second part. Example: Existing license on COMREL-TI 7.x Professional, wishing to migrate to COMREL-TI+TV 8.1 Symbolic. The price calculates: a) regular upgrade to COMREL-TI 8.1: EUR 825,- upgrade price, b) migration price: EUR 3.000,- minus EUR 1.650,- plus EUR 300,- migration fee = EUR 1.650,- minus 10% thereof = EUR 1.485,- migration price. c) Added a and b results into EUR 2.310,- total plus shipment (all prices in the "Commercial" category). |
